Please read all the following important information very carefully... as we believe your 'Design Consultation' is the most important part of the whole process, as this is when you will choose the images & products that will be displayed in your home for years to come and become family heirlooms!
General
- Please make sure to arrive on time for your viewing, and allow up to 1 hour for your appointment, you don't want to be rushing your decisions.
- If possible, please do not bring very small children to the viewing as they soon become bored & restless.
- Make sure at least 2 people attend the viewing, as making decisions on wall art for your home can be difficult alone
- Also, make sure that all decision makers are in attendance at the viewing as we can only offer the discount prices for orders which are paid for at this first appointment.
- Don't forget, you already have your complimentary Framed Print or you can put the cost of it towards something bigger
- And... if you need them, don't forget your glasses!
Products & Prices
We have a small but perfectly styled range of products specifically chosen to compliment our style of portraiture. Our biggest sellers are the classic black framed gallery portrait with white mounts and our fantastic 'Treasure Box' a great way to display multiple images (see below).
Our portraits range from desktop sizes starting at just £125, with our wall portraits starting at just £395 and range from a 12" portrait suitable for hanging in a small alcove area, up to the massive 50" for the ultimate impact feature wall portrait, ideal for above a fireplace or sofa. We also offer our beautiful 'Treasure' boxes, which are a convenient way to display multiple images.
Payment
We accept payment by cash or debit/credit card, transfer etc. Our first appointment discount price (in orange on the price list) is only available if your order is signed and paid for in full at your first viewing appointment.

Design Consultation Discounts
Prices in Black are our normal prices, the prices in Orange are the Design Consultation prices. To take advantage of this discount simply attend your Design Consultation, pay for your order in full and you will get our special discount price which is a considerable saving on our normal price. Prices are based on the longest edge of the actual image. Prices include VAT @ 20%

Vouchers, offers or competition wins cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent, and only one voucher can be used per session. NOTE: The £35 booking fee will be refunded at the design consultation or put towards additional purchases. The design consultation must be attended to redeem your complimentary framed portrait (or competition win) and to refund the booking fee. If you need to cancel/rearrange, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice or the reservation fee may be forfeited. If you have any medical or physical issues we should be aware of, let us know BEFORE the session so we can make your session a pleasant and comfortable experience.
