Terms & Conditions for Competition, Register To Win, Show Offer, Payments & Refunds.

Now that you have purchased or otherwise received one of our Family/Dog/Equine Portrait Vouchers, please note the voucher Terms & Conditions:

Vouchers

1. The Portrait Voucher (PV) must be used to attend your photo session within THREE months or it will no longer be valid. The validity of your voucher may be extended by mutual agreement for exceptional family circumstances only, however this extended validity will not extend beyond 12 months from the date of initial receipt or purchase.

2. The PV may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer, may only be used as described and may not be used to purchase photographs from a previous photoshoot.

3. The PV IS NOT TRANSFERABLE and has no cash value. Andrew Fletcher Photography assumes that you enter a ‘Prize Draw’, ‘Register to Win’ or purchase one of our Family, Dog or Equine "Portrait Experience" Vouchers solely for yourself and your immediate family's benefit ONLY. Due to GDPR Regulations it is not possible to transfer a Family Portrait Experience Voucher (whether received as a Competition prize or as a Website or Show purchase) to anyone else, for any reason whatsoever, including "Gifting". Vouchers intended for Gifting have a clearly defined bearer value and as such are subject to "Gift Voucher" regulations. Gift Vouchers are available separately from our website or Studio ONLY.

4. The PV is valid only for a full family photoshoot, which all family members (both parents and children) must attend. For your voucher to be valid, you must attend both the Photoshoot AND the subsequent Ordering session at the Studio.

Sessions

5. The studio photoshoot is valued at £95. It Includes the Studio session and all the work we will do on your pictures. It includes preparation of your Preview Show as well as your Ordering Appointment back at the studio, approx 7-14 days later.

6. PLEASE NOTE:- Portraits ordered and paid in full at your first ordering appointment are archived. Images not ordered and paid for at your first ordering appointment are not archived and are generally deleted within 30 days of your appointment. They are NOT archived for you to buy in the future.

7. Due to limited Diary availability, Only one PV Promotional Voucher may be used per Family or Pet.

8. Diary appointments for Studio Sessions and Ordering Appointments are subject to availability with weekends being the busiest.

Ordering

9. At the time of booking your photoshoot, you will be asked to provide debit card/credit card details. Our studio policy is to take a fully refundable £30 reservation fee to secure your appointment in the diary. This is of course returned to you in full, at your Ordering Appointment or put towards additional purchases.

Cacellations

10. In the event of cancellation of either your photoshoot and/or Ordering Appointment please provide a minimum of 3 days notice or the reservation fee will be forfeited.

11. We understand that brief illness can arise at short notice, particularly with little ones. If you have any doubts that someone is not really up to it, please call us to request a reschedule and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

12. Our photoshoots can involve some physical activity, which is undertaken at your own risk. Please advise us if you wish to restrict this.

13. You may not sell the PV to any third parties or via the internet.

Digitals

14. Please note, as we are a fine art portrait studio and our desire is to have your portraiture beautifully displayed in your home, not left languishing in a drawer, we do not sell loose or unframed Portraits or electronic images on CD or USB. PLEASE NOTE:- Portraits ordered and paid in full at your first ordering appointment are archived. Images not ordered and paid for at your first ordering appointment are not archived and are deleted within 30 days of your appointment. They are NOT archived for you to buy in the future.

Copyright

15. If you have redeemed a promotional Voucher (either bought at any less-than-face-value promotional price, or, received it as a Prize Draw Winner or Runner-up) Andrew Fletcher Photography reserves the right, as creator of all images, to tastefully use any image created in your session, WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, for the purposes of promotion, publicity or marketing of the Family Portrait Experience Voucher and/or of Andrew Fletcher Photography and associated business and promotions. This may include (but is not limited to) websites, social media platforms, exhibition displays both within and without the Studio etc.

16. We will do our best to accommodate requests not to use images, so make this request clearly and ASAP.

17. In the unlikely event that you have more than one Family Portrait Experience Voucher, you may not combine the value of one or more Family Portrait Experience vouchers (they are not Gift Vouchers) for use together at a single Portrait experience… The highest value voucher is the one you will use.

Payment Plans

18. If a monthly payment plan is required to pay for your order, we will do our best to accomodate this usually using a 2 or 3 monthly plan. (ask for details)

Refunds

19. In the unlikely event of a refund, refunds will be paid as they were originally paid to us - using the same account/card etc. Monthly payment plans will be refuned over the same amount of time as they were paid to us.

20. Refunds will not include the original cost of the voucher if purchased at a show.
