Why we take a booking Fee?
As a small business we can't afford to have the studio empty just because someone decides they have changed their mind last minute and doesn't turn up, it's not fair on us and our genuine customers who could have used their studio slot! So a booking fee is used to reserve a studio session in the diary, but is 100% Refundable… it’s purely to prevent no-shows.
